Wallace Court, Cork City

This development consisted of the construction of 12 apartments in 2 blocks in Coach Street, Cork City centre. The blocks are constructed on the site of a disused former commercial premises.

WDG liaised with piling contractor on foundation design, and also with the structural steel provider and precast concrete floor provider. Regular site meetings were attended with the main contractor and M&E consultant. Site inspection works were carried out during the construction process in order to carry out the role of assigned certifier.
