Construction has completed on a residential development at Rae an Mhionnáin, Minane Bridge, Co. Cork. The scheme comprises eight townhouses, providing additional housing within the village.
The development includes a mix of three and four-bed houses, together with all associated site works. The homes are A-rated and incorporate energy-efficient measures, including air-to-water heat pump systems and underfloor heating at ground floor level.
WDG attended site during the construction process to inspect works to carry out the role of Assigned Certifier.
