Design & Build residential development for Cork County Council, comprising 26 new social homes in Millstreet, Co. Cork. The development is serviced with connections to public utilities and includes all associated ancillary works.
The development includes:
2 three-bedroom two-storey houses
16 two-bedroom townhouses
8 one-bedroom apartments
Design for the planning application included the preparation of drawings and reports, setting site levels, roads & footpaths, drainage, SuDS, water supply, liaison with Uisce Éireann, architects, landscape architects and other engineering disciplines.
