WDG provided civil and structural consultancy services for the planning application stage of this development, sited within an existing well-established housing estate on the outskirts of Cork City. Lead designer services were provided, following grant of planning permission. Site meetings were attended with client, contractor, M&E consultant and Irish Water.
WDG attended site during the construction process to inspect works to carry out the role of assigner certifier. Liaised with the local authority to ensure compliance.
