Construction is at an advanced stage in this project at Spancel Rise, Fairfield Road. The 47 new homes are being built on a prime site in Blackpool, Cork and include a mix of terraced houses and apartments.
WDG are acting as Project Lead Designer including architectural design; civil and structural design; Assigned Certifier and DAC / FSC. The foundations for each of the apartment blocks were formed using raft foundations on structural compacted hardcore. WDG are attending site during the construction process to inspect works to carry out the role of Assigned Certifier.
