The development includes:

The scheme provides 46 car parking spaces, a new public footpath connecting the development directly to Coachford village, landscaping throughout – incorporating green spaces, planting, and tree-lined areas. The development is serviced with connections to public utilities and includes all associated ancillary works.
WDG are attending site during the construction process to inspect works to carry out the role of Assigned Certifier. Close liaison with the local authority assures compliance throughout.
