The assigned certifier is a statutory role as defined under the Building Control (Amended) Regulations 2014. The assigned certifier undertakes to inspect and to co-ordinate the inspections of others during construction and undertakes to provide certification of the building upon completion.
As we are Chartered Members of Engineers Ireland we are qualified to take on the role of assigned certifier as defined in the Building Control (Amended) Regulations 2014.

Our design engineers hold relevant degree level qualifications and all designs are overseen by our team leaders who have achieved the chartered engineer standard with Engineers Ireland.
