There has been steady progress at the Richmond Rise development in Sallybrook, Glanmire, with Phase 3 of 4 now under construction. The development enjoys an elevated position above Sallybrook village and the progress photos show the recently-completed access road which winds its way up to the estate.

The finishing touches are being made to Phase 1, with new home owners expected to take up residency imminently.
